Bellydance for Fitness- Okato (Tuesday)
Time: 7.00pm to 8.00pm,
Venue: St Luke’s Church Hall
Bellydance for Fitness- Oakura (Thursday)
Time: 5.30pm to 6.30pm
Venue: Oakura, Boardriders Club (along Messenger Terrace, Opp. life savers club)
- $80/term of 8 sessions (Adults:60mins sessions)
- $48/term of 8 sessions (Youths 16 & below: 60min sessions)
Bellydancing classes: New Plymouth (Saturday)
Venue: Contours Gym, New Plymouth, 21 Dawson Street
Level 1 & 2 (Beginners Basics) ** Prior dancing experience not necessary.
Time: 10.30am to 11.30am
$80/term of 8 sessions (60mins sessions)
Advance (For experienced dancers)
Time: 11.40am to 12.40pm
$88/term of 8 sessions (60mins sessions)
* Minimum of 8 to start (For all sessions)
Each session includes:
- Power stretch & breathing exercises
- Isolation moves & technique to flex and strengthen various muscle groups with music
- Complete with full dance choreography, cool down relaxing stretch
Attire: Comfortable top and pants to stretch. Hip scarf to accentuate hip movement.
Bellydance for Intermediate: New Plymouth (Monday)
Time: 8.15pmto 9.45pm (Fortnightly: 2nd, 16th, 30th August 2010)

Originally from Singapore, now residing in Taranaki, Rosalina used to hire Bellydancers as entertainers for events and entertainment. “I was intrigued by the subtleness of the dancers; strength and coordination. Since I was a kid, I loved dancing and entertaining through Oriental and contemporary dance. I decided to take up bellydancing as a form of fitness, art and I love to share it with others!” Since 2004 she has been performing and conducting Bellydance for Fitness sessions in Singapore and now here in Taranaki..
