With an Arabian Nights theme at the TSB showplace, we were engaged for the awards night to entertain and ‘energize’ over two hundred and twenty guests. Conducted by ACENZ, The Association of Consulting Engineers, “INNOVATE NZ” was an annual award evening in recognition of our countries’ best consulting engineers. Held on 31st July 2010, the evening was hosted by Mike McRoberts, award winning journalist and reporter with TV3.
Rosalina Pang of 5th Element Bellydance responded, we were really rapped as we had the previlage to share a prestigious evening and share the joy with nation’s best and their winning projects.
We also had awesome testimonial and feedback from the performance:

The crew of TVNZ, Country Calendar came into town recently and spent a week with Lyn Webster, a local dairy farmer who leads a pretty amazing and inspiring life!
She manages the farm herself, mother to 2 lovely daughters, and still finds the time to enjoy aqua-aerobics and belly dancing in her weekly activities. When she told us at Oakura belly dance for fitness group that TVNZ’s Country Calendar crew will be in town, following her through her daily chores, interest and activities, we all got real excited for her! Country Calendar also spent one belly dance session with us and interviewed Lyn why she enjoys belly dancing.
She replied that after a long week, even when she initially feels tired at the end of the day, bellydancing is refreshing, gives her the opportunity to stretch, build flexibility and have a ball dancing with other ladies!

Lyn, you are definitely an inspiration to us all!
We are certainly looking forward to watching the episode, which would screen sometime in April 2009.

The members loved it and the veil dance amazed us. Your group made it look so easy! The woman who taught us was wonderful. She took us through lots of moves and put them all together into a dance. It was great!
We’ve put information about 5th Element on the wall, I hope you get some of our members joining.
Thanks so much
Richelle and Lara were bridesmaid and great friends of Sarah, the bride to be.

They were planning an event and contacted us at 5th Element, if we could add spice and entertainment for their private party with a group of about 14 ladies. Most certainly! We had all the ladies moving and dancing and complete with a basic but sexy routine by the end of the session.

Here’s their feedback: “Thank you so much for Friday night! We had an amazing time, my cheeks hurt from smiling and laughing so much. There is nothing that we didn’t enjoy, the girls have not stopped raving about it since. We will definitely be recommending you to people. Thanks, again. Richelle.”

Thank you ladies! We are glad you had a great time and keep that sexy move going!
