5th Element Dance presented Water, Earth, Wind & Fire: A spiritual dance journey through the elements.

‘It was a show four years in the making, 11th October was a celebration of 5th Element Dance. 5 years of bellydance movement here and collaboration with local musician group Polybandery and Danzabeat.’

DanZabeat is a local group of African & Middle Eastern drummers. They
regularly perform at Singer Song Writers, at the Little Theatre. Interplay 5th
Element Dancers move with earthy percussions in symphony with DanzaBeat
drummers to pay tribute to our mother earth.
Polybandery – A live synthetising fusion of life and machine; beats and
melodies. An approach and an intersection where minds meet and riff off
each other. For this journey, New Plymouth trio Polybandery bring ancient
middle eastern melodies to modern and classic electronica.
